There is a newly opened old style soda shop just by the harbor. It's by the corner of Government and Humboldt. Amazing view of the Harbor so will definitely be a hit with the tourists. However, the seating isn't very comfortable so don't go for long conversations.
The cappucino was good and they have an huge speciality ice cream selection which is a bit pricey (over $10). Will try that next time. Was just there for coffee with a friend.
